The former president's Granddaughter Receives Expert Tips from Tiger Woods Before Professional Golf Debut

The young golfer can count on numerous high-profile cheerleaders when she begins her first LPGA appearance this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of a former US president, was granted a sponsor's invitation to participate at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

Her grandfather, an avid golfer, owns several courses worldwide and regularly competes against his granddaughter.

"He's quite skilled. I can't reveal details but we play some close matches," she revealed.

She mentioned that Trump, who cannot attend, advised her: "Simply don't get nervous."

"My grandpa practically advised me to compete and have fun," she continued.

"To me, he's simply a regular grandfather. He won't be there this weekend. He's busy with running the country, making him somewhat preoccupied."

While still amateur, the golfer has played in a mere three competitions this year and maintains position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.

But she can receive tips from 15-time major champion, romantically involved with Vanessa.

"He is the greatest golfer globally," the young golfer said.

"And he's an even better human being. He suggested me to go out there, relax, following whatever happens."

The golfer will compete against some of most prominent players in professional golf at the Annika, such as second-ranked the champion, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers mentioned that Kai's presence brings the sport to different demographics, particularly reaching younger fans.

The social media influencer boasts a massive following and just introduced an exclusive apparel and wellness company.

The competition starts at 17:30 GMT.
